The GreenVET4U project partners will co-create a set of innovative training contents and digital supported tools. VET practitioners and in-company trainers will test their skills during the project adapting the design of innovative curricula to the eco-tourism and waste-management related jobs, providing in-company work-based learning experiences to young people, women and migrants from unprivileged communities in Uganda.
Strategy to design and develop innovative VET curricula in skills for green jobs in Uganda, based on the analysis of the national context of the VET ecosystem in the country. This Strategy will be a guiding document for the later implementations of the project, including the Competence Matrix and the training programmes and digital solutions.

Collaborative virtual space providing an environment to support collaboration, encourage productivity, and foster innovative ideas between VET providers and practitioners in Uganda, Spain, Germany, Italy and other EU Member States CoP members will collaborate remotely and work together creating 9 new project in the Virtual Innovation Lab ideas during the project lifetime.

It will be developed on the basis of the Exploratory Report on Microcredentials-based validation for green jobs in Uganda and the feedback acquired during the testing phase focused on Eco-tourism and Waste-management.

Webapp for assessment and micro-credentials based validation of skills for Green Jobs. The webapp is aimed at target beneficiaries (young people, women and migrants from Unprivileged communities) taking part in work based learning process. VET practitioners and in-company trainers will guide and support them to carry out the assessment and validation process.
